Moorfield Group (Moorfield) is delighted to welcome the highly successful business processing outsourcing services expert Indigo Lighthouse to Westway Park in Renfrew.
The Glasgow based firm has agreed terms to lease 22,000 sq ft at Units L1 and L2. The company has its HQ in Bath Street – Glasgow and the Westway facility will be used as a distribution centre.
Indigo Lighthouse was established by Scottish optometrist Alan Cox back in 1997.
Mark Holmes of Moorfield said: “Indigo Lighthouse is a great addition to the tenant mix here at Westway. We always adopt a ‘can do’ approach with our occupiers and are committed to providing the right product and terms to meet their needs.”
Andrew McCracken, of joint agent JLL added: “Indigo was attracted by the quality of space at Westway, as well as the location and flexible terms being offered, which suited their individual business needs. Westway offers high quality accommodation within a 24-hour secure environment and continues to be one of the top performing industrial property assets in the west of Scotland.”
Westway offers excellent connectivity to the whole of Central Scotland, with Junction 27 of the M8 only 3 minutes drive away. Glasgow International Airport lies immediately adjacent and Prestwick International Airport is only 42 miles away. Westway benefits from having its own private dock facility on the White Cart Water which accesses the River Clyde. This provides an alternative shipping solution particularly for large products that are unsuitable for transport by road.
Westway joint agents are JLL and Bilfinger GVA.
